You embrace AI-driven methodologies and new tools as opportunities to push what's possible, not threats to craft.We're looking for people who are experts in their field, passionate about visual excellence, excited by the intersection of brand and product, and energized by working with smart people to solve the toughest creative challenges.Your Impact & ResponsibilitiesLead visual design strategy and execution across digital transformation programs, defining visual languages that align brand identity with product experienceOwn end-to-end brand and product visual systems, from strategic brand positioning to atomic design system implementation, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpointsPresent and defend creative work with confidence and storytelling clarity, engaging clients and stakeholders through compelling narratives that connect creative decisions to business outcomesMentor and guide visual design teams, establishing craft standards, providing creative direction, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams—UX designers, developers, creative technologists, strategists, content creators, 3D Artists—to deliver integrated, experience-driven solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibilityLeverage AI-powered pipelines for content creation, brand asset generation, and visual exploration, staying at the forefront of AI-driven design methodologiesChallenge conventional approaches, questioning tools, processes, and methodologies when they limit creative potential or delivery excellenceDrive business development by identifying opportunities within client engagements, contributing to RFPs and pitches with compelling creative conceptsDefine and track design quality KPIs, ensuring visual outputs meet the highest standards and demonstrate measurable impact on user engagement and business metricsWho You Are8+ years of visual design experience in digital products, brand systems, or service design, with at least 2 years leading teams or major creative workstreamsObsessed with craft and detail—you have a relentless eye for typography, color, composition, hierarchy, motion, and the micro-interactions that elevate good design to greatStrong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design work across branding, digital products, and systematic design approaches, with demonstrated experience working with multinational corporations across multiple sectorsExpert knowledge of design and AI toolsKnowledge of design system practices, including tokenization, component architecture, and design-to-code workflowsDeep understanding of branding processes—from brand strategy and positioning to visual identity systems and their digital application across products and servicesComfortable with digital product design, understanding the balance between brand expression and functional UI, with familiarity in designing within design system constraintsAI-fluent and future-focused—you actively explore and implement AI-driven pipelines for content generation, visual exploration, and brand asset creation;
