We are seeking a Product and Content Specialist to join our Marketing & Communication Office. 
This role is responsible for deeply understanding the School’s programs and communicating them effectively to the market through structured, high-quality content across all channels, including websites, brochures, videos, photographic assets, testimonials, and interviews. 

The core mission of the role is to present SDA Bocconi’s programs with accuracy, insight and impact, ensuring strong positioning, differentiation, and engagement.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Program Directors, Faculty, Business Development, and Recruiting & Admissions teams, acting as the main point of reference throughout the entire lifecycle of the programs. 
This includes developing compelling narratives, enriching product communication with original content, and supporting go-to-market strategies that encourage prospective participants to apply.

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to the content strategy for the individual assigned programs, ensuring alignment with the School’s overall brand positioning. defining messaging across Italian, European, and international markets.
Create high-quality written content in English and Italian for social media, campaigns, newsletters, website, and brochures, maintaining consistency of tone and message.
Act as the primary contact for Program Directors and coordinate all key internal stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle. 
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Faculty and Program Directors, Recruiting & Admissions, Program Office, and other internal teams.
Work closely with the Channel Marketing team to coordinate activities related to digital and offline channels.
 Interact with the Graphic Design unit to develop and adapt visual materials consistent with the brand identity.
Conduct ongoing qualitative benchmarking to ensure content excellence and brand coherence.

Requirements

 Master’s degree, preferably in Humanities, Languages, or Marketing.
 At least 3 years of Product Marketing experience, ideally in the Education or Luxury sector.
 Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
 Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
 Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
 Knowledge of digital marketing, website metrics, and tracking tools.
 Solid relationship-management skills and experience in international or multicultural environments.
 Graphic or visual communication skills are an asset.
 At least one year of international experience (study or work).
 Preferred: familiarity with AI-based content creation tools and emerging communication technologies.
