Susanna B.

UX/UI Designer with 3 years of experience, I design websites, mobile applications, and dashboards, from user research (interviews, surveys, benchmarking) to launch (prototyping, user testing). My 2-year startup experience provided expertise in working in distributed environments with cross-functional teams across regions, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing. Attentive to accessibility and passionate about generative AI and no-code solutions (Bubble.io, Webflow),I have contributed to design projects for major players in Italy and led academic collaborations, notably as an adjunct professor. Graduated with highest honors from Politecnico di Milano (ranked 6th globally in design), I combine Design Thinking, User Research, Atomic Design, and Design Systems to create high-performing digital experiences with a user-centered approach.
