I’m Monica Gasparo, a UX/UI Designer, and I design digital experiences with people at the center. My work focuses on usability, inclusion, and accessibility, with a strong belief that aesthetics is not separate from design, but a functional tool that supports clarity and understanding.

I’ve worked on a range of digital projects, from websites and design-driven experiences to structured digital products and platforms. I’ve collaborated with startups, teams, and professionals at different stages, often working closely with founders, developers, and stakeholders to take ideas from early concepts to production-ready solutions.

My experience covers the full design process: discovery, research, information architecture, wireframing, UI design, and prototyping. I’m comfortable working iteratively, contributing to product decisions, and ensuring consistency across interfaces through design systems and shared patterns.

I strongly believe that good design is built through dialogue and collaboration. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and see comparison as a key driver of creativity and better outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy shooting analog film photography. Slowing down, observing, and choosing what story to tell is an exercise that deeply influences my design approach. Whether it’s an interface or a photograph, the goal is always the same: understanding what needs to be communicated and how to do it effectively.
