PROFILE
Many years of bartending and the love of hospitality, pushed me to open
my own bar and an agency involved in sports and artistic events.
In 2009 I felt the need to discover other working habits and curiosities
abroad, then I sold my part of Bar Cuore and liquidated the events
agency. I decided to travel to different destinations around the world.
The last stop on my journey was Bali, Indonesia, where I met my actual
wife who gave me a beautiful child.
Accomplished in areas relating to events management and bar managing.
As an enthusiastic and energetic individual, I really look forward to take
on a new challenge in a new environment and expand these skills even
further.
WORK HISTORY
• 2004-2009
owner of events agency and Bar Cuore
The agency (Barmanlover.com)
organised both sport and artistic events and looked after the pr direction
for bar cuore in Milan, italy.
• 1998-2004
Bartender
Worked as barman in several locations across Milan and North Italy.
Relating to many important bartenders and consequently improving
sector skills.
Between 2000 and 2001 I have learned the foundation of bartending in
“Garden Galleryâ€. From 2001 to 2004 at restaurant art bar “Le Bicicletteâ€
I massively improved my bartending skills and my duties were to control
the stock and the ordering of the bar itself, also managing the bar and
floor staff, taking on board a restaurant experience; supervising several
business and artistic events arranged by the restaurant.

Sailing instructor in Optimist, Fly Junior and Laser categories for Lega
Navale Italiana in Ferrara.
• 2001 –2003
Lifeguard at a pool, rollerblade and ice skating instructor at Filaforum in
Milan.
RESPONSABILITIES & ACHIVEMENTS
Barmanlover and bar Cuore:
• Ensure that the bar achieves venue targets in food and beverage.
• Lead and manage all staff towards the delivery of an outstanding level
of customer service, including the implementation of appropriate training
strategies.
• Grow and develop the business.
• Stock control and ordering.
• Conduct regular meetings with bar staff providing business trading and
directional information.
• Rotering and stock-takes on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as
for preparing work schedules and assigning workers to specific duties
(more that 50 employees on a single shift).
• Ensure that all H&S guidelines are adhered to and any safety measures
implemented to ensure staff and customers work within a safe and
secure environment.
• Innovate and create opportunities that will facilitate the growth
potential of the premises.
• Organising paperwork to submit and the staff levels according to the
events requested.
• Artistic direction and PR.
Garden Gallery, Le Biciclette and several bars in North of Italy:
• Ensuring that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
Also answering customers’ inquiries and dealing with complaints.
• Dealing with different suppliers and taking part in fares in order to
recruit new ones.
• Good knowledge of bar equipment, including fixing it in case of
emergencies of breakdowns.
• Managed the buying in of goods and services.
• Responsibilities included doing the stock checks of both bars to
determine the requirements, making the orders, setting and maintaining
stock levels.
• Supervisor of the periodic changes of both drinks and food menus.

touristic operator.

• IBA International Bartender Association. Achieved diploma with
honours.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Good communication skills and ability to interact with people, friendly
and accommodating person; very determinate and interested on any sort
of challenge life can give, I want to learn everything I can in order to
improve my skills and my approach to a new job, to be confident and
independent in every decision I make.
