‘Creative writing means playing with every single letter, deconstructing and reconstructing words to produce infinite nuances of sense: Mother Earth is mater(iality) with a female matrix, 'la mère et la mer', a flowing stream able to create and destroy, a (step)mother - 'madre/matrigna' - preserving life and producing death, like the empowered Medea.
