3rd Project:
Telecom Wireline Web Portal. Coordination of all the actors that works for Telecom Web Portal creation and customization (PMO activity).
4th Project:
Capacicty Planning on Mainframe for Cariparma and Piacenza. Main activities: Analysis of CPUs consumptions on Z9 and Z10 HW and Capacity Planning. Customer made several changes to internal applications adding a huge quantity of jobs to those already managed.
This operation made critical the use of resources reaching a 99% of use of the CPU for the Z10 they use in the production system.
