I am Francesca Iodice and I am an export department employee of a fashion company near Varese where I deal with administration, debt collection and sales for foreign customers.
I graduated in “Economia e Management†on the 5th November 2013 with the final result 106/110. My degree was confirmed by the business college of Università degli Studi dell’Insubria in Varese. Degree thesis title: “Social media marketing role and potentiality for the communication strategy of a companyâ€.
I learnt to manage independently the company activity and to analyze company’s urgencies and priorities. I know how to define timetable and method of a working day; I can adapt myself to the seesawing pace of job and stress and I can successful manage difficult situations. I learnt to have a great confrontation with clients in order to offer them an excellent customer care service.
