My main activities & projects within the Market Transformation Hub was the following: *Sales Force implementation & process improvements
Since from the beginning of the project I've been in charge with:
- Gathering and defining detailed business requirements;
- Facilitating checkpoint meetings to improve the new solutions developed;
- Ensuring the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) proper activities, including the validation of the tests and the deployment into the production environment of the new functionalities;
- Managing of continuous process improvements activities after the Go Live;

- Testing, monitoring and implementing business process improvements;
*Marketing Cloud from Salesforce process improvements
- Testing, monitoring marketing campaigns process improvements;
*IT Support Specialist on ServiceNow for SalesForce and SAP.
- Take ownership of support incidents and use all available resources and knowledge to resolve them; - Consistently improve the quality of my work by internalizing the feedback and coaching I receive.
*Training, business support and administrator of the internal application called "MyHelp".
- Training with the company's new employees about business flows in the CRM system;
- Training with the company's employees about new developments in the CRM system;
- Updating the information from the existing courses on the platform following the developments made in the system.
