After obtaining a university degree in sociology (Università Cattolica, Milan), I went to the New York Film Accademy, which developed a personal interest in film editing.
I then started working as an editor for Sky Class CNBC (Satellite Channel) besides cooperating with several Junior High schools at organizing student filmmaking laboratories.
In cooperation with Mediaset I am the editor of the TV program "Viaggiare informati" and for Mondadori I edited a DVD historical series with Luca Bizzarri e Paolo Kessisoglu.
In 2007 I worked as vice-director of the movie "Il primo giorno d'inverno", directed by Mirko Locatelli, which was presented at the 65th edition of the Venice Cinema Festival, in the department "Horizons".
For hfilms, an italian production company, I cooperated as an editor of commercials, short institutional films, documentaries. In that period I cooperated with directors such as (among others) Lawrence Dunmore, Luca Maroni, Owen Harris, Casper Wedendhal, Michele Rho, Samuele Romano, Mathieu Mantovani, Kal Karman, Tomaso Cariboni, Pippo Delbono, Emanuele Cova, Gary Knight, Nicolas Caicoya.
In 2009 I edited the cinema transcript of the theatre show "Questo buio feroce", directed by Pippo Delbono and presented at the 62th Locarno Film Festival in the same year.
As a filmmaker I worked for the artist Marcello Maloberti in making a video of his performances, to be projected at the MACRO, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome(2012).
As a free-lance I do currently cooperate with several production companies (Post Office Reloaded, Architects of Group Genius, Haibun, Altamarea, hfilms, Collateral Film, Masterprogram) as cameraman and director, but mostly in editing commercials, institutional communications, moods, reels, etc.
