With over 8 years of work experience in the hospitality and education sectors, I have developed strong competencies in marketing, social networking, communication, and customer service. As a regional property manager at Interhome Group, I managed a portfolio of over 300 properties across Italy, Spain, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and profitability.
I also coordinated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to increase brand awareness and bookings. As a booking assistant at Interhome, I supported the reservation process, handled customer inquiries and complaints, and maintained relationships with property owners and agents. In addition to my hospitality roles, I have been a foreign language instructor for Formapulia, teaching English and Spanish to students of various ages and levels. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and culture, as well as learning from others. I have a degree from the University of Bari and I speak Italian, English, and Spanish fluently.
