We are looking to collaborate with a talented Motion Designer to develop engaging visual content and motion graphics for our corporate events, conferences, and international projects.

The Role

The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating dynamic visual content that enhances the storytelling, visual identity, and overall experience of our events.

Working closely with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Set Designers, and Project Managers, the role involves transforming creative concepts and static designs into compelling animations and motion-based experiences.

We are looking for a creative professional with a strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to develop high-quality visual content for large-scale event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative motion graphics and animated visual content for corporate events, international conferences, and brand experiences.
• Design and produce opening sequences, animated logos, transitions, countdowns, speaker introductions, and event visuals.
• Create animated content for LED walls, large-format screens, and immersive event environments.
• Translate creative concepts, storyboards, and graphic assets into visually engaging motion design solutions.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Graphic Designers to ensure consistency with the overall event identity and creative direction.
• Develop 2D and 3D animations, visual effects, and dynamic compositions.
• Adapt motion graphics to different screen formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with audiovisual and technical production teams to ensure correct content delivery and playback.
• Contribute creative ideas and innovative visual approaches to enhance event experiences.
• Manage assigned deliverables, revisions, and production deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, animation, visual content production, or related creative disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent tools will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to translate creative ideas into polished visual content.
• Experience producing animations for LED walls, large-format screens, or live events is highly desirable.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and technical delivery specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, creative teams, and production partners.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Good command of English.

Previous experience in corporate events, live entertainment, experiential design, advertising, or digital content production will be considered an advantage.

Collaboration

We are interested in establishing relationships with talented freelance Motion Designers for project-based and potentially ongoing collaborations.

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and relevant creative projects is essential.

Location: Milan, Italy, with opportunities for remote collaboration depending on project requirements.
