We are looking to collaborate with an experienced Technical Production Manager to support the technical planning and execution of our corporate events, conferences, and international projects.

The Role

The Technical Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical development and implementation of event productions, ensuring that creative concepts are translated into technically feasible, efficient, and high-quality solutions.

Working closely with Project Managers, Creative Directors, Set Designers, and external production partners, the role requires a strong understanding of event technologies, production processes, and technical coordination.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and coordination of corporate events, conferences, and international productions.
• Translate creative concepts and set designs into technically feasible production solutions.
• Define technical requirements for staging, audio, video, lighting, LED screens, rigging, and event infrastructure.
• Review technical drawings, venue specifications, production layouts, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare technical briefs, specifications, and production documentation for external suppliers.
• Evaluate technical proposals, supplier quotations, and production budgets.
• Coordinate audiovisual suppliers, staging companies, technical crews, and production partners.
• Identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions while maintaining creative and budgetary objectives.
• Supervise technical installation, rehearsals, event operations, and dismantling.
• Ensure technical compliance with venue regulations, applicable safety requirements, and production standards in collaboration with qualified specialists.
• Support Project Managers in optimizing production workflows, timelines, and resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical production management within corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or live productions.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems, LED technology, staging, lighting, rigging, and event infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, production plans, and equipment specifications.
• Experience coordinating technical suppliers, production crews, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of technical budgeting, supplier negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Ability to assess the technical feasibility of creative concepts and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on approach.
• Good command of English.
• Availability for national and international travel.

Previous experience in high-profile corporate conferences, international events, or complex stage productions will be considered an advantage.
