We are currently looking for a Creative Director to join our team in Milan and contribute to the creative development of our projects.

The Role

The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing the creative vision of corporate events, conferences, and international brand experiences, from the initial brief through to final execution.

The role requires a strong conceptual approach, a refined visual sensibility, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into original, coherent, and engaging creative proposals.

Working closely with Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Set Designers, 3D Artists, and external creative partners, the Creative Director will lead the creative process, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the project's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of projects, from initial research and concept generation to final presentation and execution.
• Interpret client briefs, identify creative opportunities, and develop distinctive concepts aligned with brand positioning and communication objectives.
• Define the overall creative direction, visual language, storytelling, and design approach for each project.
• Direct and coordinate the work of Graphic Designers, Set Designers, 3D Artists, and other creative professionals.
• Oversee the development of moodboards, visual references, concept presentations, storyboards, and creative proposals.
• Supervise the design of event identities, stage environments, visual content, presentations, and communication materials.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs and project touchpoints.
• Work closely with Project Management and Production teams to translate creative concepts into technically feasible and effective solutions.
• Present and communicate creative concepts to clients, providing clear strategic and artistic rationale.
• Monitor emerging trends in design, visual communication, technology, and experiential events to introduce new creative approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Experiential Design, Branding, or related creative disciplines.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop original creative ideas from complex briefs.
• Excellent understanding of visual communication, brand identity, storytelling, and design principles.
• Demonstrated experience directing multidisciplinary creative teams and external collaborators.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and communicate creative concepts through compelling presentations and visual references.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with design, 3D visualization, and content production workflows.
• Understanding of the technical and production requirements involved in live events and physical environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Italian is highly desirable.

Previous experience in international events, corporate conferences, experiential marketing, brand experiences, or creative agencies will be considered an advantage.
