About The Role And The Team
This role plays a key part in driving strategic marketing initiatives for CCM (a SITA Company)
In this position, you will be responsible for developing high-impact sales enablement materials, executing integrated campaigns, supporting internal and external events, and effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders. You will also be expected to deliver activities on time, within budget, and aligned with the CCM brand and strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and maintain effective and engaging sales materials, including brochures, case studies, product guides, battle cards, elevator pitch materials, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure materials reflect the current offering and customer needs.
- Support product launches with targeted materials and messaging across multiple channels.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Use the SITA MarTech platform suite to manage campaign assets and track performance.
- Align campaign messaging with business unit priorities and global marketing strategy.
Event Support
- Coordinate and support the delivery of internal and external events, including industry forums, customer workshops, and webinars.
- Ensure event branding, content, and logistics meet SITA standards and objectives.
- Work with Corporate Communications and BU teams to amplify event impact.
Public Relations And Internal Communications
- Work with external agencies and internal teams to manage PR and internal communication activities.
- Ensure communication is consistent, timely, and aligned with brand and strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as liaison between teams to ensure alignment and execution of activities.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
Project Delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track performance metrics and report to stakeholders.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong campaign management and event experience.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Education And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
