Senior UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join and help shape a growing design team. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to deliver high‑impact, market‑leading products in complex domains.

You will play a key role in defining our visual language, establishing design standards, and contributing to the evolution of our design system, while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality user interface across products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create pixel‑perfect visual designs for complex, data‑driven products
• Deliver early‑stage visual concepts as well as detailed, production‑ready UI designs
• Clearly articulate design decisions, explaining rationale, trade‑offs, and value
• Collaborate with Brand to define visual guidelines and quality benchmarks
• Work closely with UX Designers on flows, interactions, and overall user experience
• Partner with Engineers to ensure efficient, high‑quality implementation
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the design system
• Stay current with UI design trends, tools, and best practices
• Actively contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team culture

Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual/UI design
• Strong expertise in visual design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy)
• Proven ability to align design solutions with brand and business objectives
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for visual quality
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluency in English (B2) and Italian
• Valid EU work permit for non‑EU candidates
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both design outcomes and design process
