Purpose of the role

The Social Media Coordinator  supports the day‑to‑day management of our corporate and brand social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. 

This role helps prepare and schedule content, assists with community management, and contributes to basic reporting, all while following ESAN’s social media strategy and working under the guidance of the Manager. 

We’re looking for someone early in their career who is passionate, creative, and proactive in social media content. 

The role includes supporting content creation and the daily coordination and execution of posts across our channels, engaging with our audiences, and helping to foster a vibrant online community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, execution and posting of content for ESAN social channels, including copywriting, scheduling, posting, and reporting.
  • Write Social Media copies and adapt messages to each platform.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and help organize incoming content
  • Coordinate and validate with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Industry Relations, HR) on content needs.
  • Work with social media agencies on operational tasks, reporting and asset delivery.
  • Monitor and act on comments and messages, responding to routine interactions and escalating issues to Manager when needed.
  • Conduct regular performance tracking and prepare analytics report
  • Help ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on Social Media platform trends and formats.
  • Support social amplification for corporate or reputation initiatives as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Related Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital communication (internship or entry‑level roles acceptable).
  • Advance understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their main formats.
  • Ability to create copies, briefing and support basic visual content need with support of external providers
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail for scheduling, planning, and quality checks.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external agencies on operational tasks.
  • Ability to monitor social media interactions and escalate issues when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of social media metrics and ability to prepare simple reports.
  • Willingness to learn, follow guidelines, and work in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines.
  • Interest in staying updated on new social media trends and tools.
