Your missionYou will take part in the creative and operative process underlying the Content Production activity of the company. 

In addition to working as a video operator, you will be asked to contribute to the optimization of the technical and creative quality of our Core Product and Content.

Your profile

We are looking for a Video Content Specialist to join and support the team dedicated to the creation of contents. 

The resource will be responsible for the direction of the live classes provided by the platform; recording and editing of videos and photos. 
The ideal applicant is innovative, enthusiastic, and proactive when it comes to developing social media communication strategies and contributing to content production. 
You will have a strong ability to organize your work and integrate it with the team's activities; you will be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment; you will be precise in meeting commissions and deadlines. 
The successful candidate is adaptable to optimize output based on business results and is willing to roll up their sleeves to work on a variety of projects. 
This involves:

• Work with the creative team to develop video content that will drive value for our business. Brainstorming, conceptualizing, story-board creation.
• Direction and production of videos both indoors and outdoors.
• Filming and editing of videos.
• Photography for campaigns (in studio and outdoors).

Skills & Requirements

• Must have a solid skill set behind the camera. Experience in video editing programs is a must (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Knowledge of the basic principles of photography and video making.
• Fluency in English.
• Content creator for social media - especially with regards to video contents communicating the brand (Tiktok, Reels…).
• Experience in graphic editing programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• A flair for storytelling and creative ideas.
• Must be a self-starter who is willing to work in a dynamic, outcome driven environment.
• Interest and good knowledge of the principal digital media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their own video formats/styles.
