As our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of Avon Italy’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. 

You’ll create engaging content, manage our online community, and collaborate with internal and global teams to ensure our brand voice is consistent and impactful. 

You’ll also drive influencer campaigns, support cross-functional marketing projects, and bring fresh ideas to life through video creation and digital storytelling.

• Developing and managing editorial plans and content calendars for social channels
• Creating and editing video content for social media and internal projects, to drive engagement in our platforms
• Leading influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
• Managing relationships with agencies and content creators
• Collaborating with global teams to align on brand direction and performance reporting, tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives like Gen Z recruitment and product recovery plans

What we're looking for:

• Experience in social media strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• A creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and community engagement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
