The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative and marketing team. You'll create digital assets for our website, social channels, and email campaigns, plus product graphics for bikes, apparel, and accessories — always working closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce to keep our visual identity sharp and consistent.

What You'll Do

●      Design digital assets: banners, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, ad-ready assets

●      Develop product graphics: bike decals/color layouts, apparel and racewear designs, packaging and hangtags

●      Support seasonal collections and catalogs (digital + print)

●      Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, e-commerce, and sales

What You Bring

●      Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma/XD a plus)

●      Experience designing  for web, mobile, and email

●      Understanding of pre-press, color management, and file specs for digital and print

●      Bachelor's degree in communication, fashion design, or equivalent

●      3–5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house, agency, or studio)

●      A strong portfolio spanning digital campaigns, branding, and product/apparel design

●      Bonus: experience in cycling, sportswear, or streetwear, plus basic photo/video skills
