Flatbook was founded by a young team of entrepreneurs determined to solve the subletting problem. We take on sublets by guaranteeing the rent. The places we manage are rented out on short-term leasing platforms such as HomeAway and Airbnb.

Flatbook can save people thousands of dollars in rent, money which has been used to fund amazing trips and experiences for our subletters. Last year alone, we saved hundreds of people over $500,000 in rent.
Flatbook is youth helping youth.

Flatbook is the perfect story of a young team that has built something of economic value for other youth that are suffering disproportionately from being on the wrong side of the sublet equation.
Flatbook launches in several cities across the world every year.

We are planning to launch in up to 30 cities this year, of which more than half will be new. Uber grew from 1 to 35 cities in four years: we’re about to grow from 1 to 30 in less than three. A program of this kind that pays guaranteed rent for sublets is unheard of in every city we expand to.
Flatbook is growing extremely fast.

We grew 800% last year in terms of properties managed and we are looking to grow another 800% this year.
