UX/UI Designer
Are you an expert in creative wireframe development and web design? Would you like to design the storefront of an ambitious, fast-growing marketplace? Are you always up for an after-work Spritz?
To accelerate the company's expansion, we are looking for a brilliant UX/UI designer to work on our marketplace.
What you will do at
Study current site and competitors, propose and implement improvements for website and app
Develop wireframes, mockups and web page layouts for later conversion to HTML and CSS
Define the information architecture and navigation logic of a Web site
Identify opportunities for improving website UX and UI
Choose and optimize colors, fonts, and images/videos to use
Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior via HotJar, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Do A/B testing
Gather feedback and suggestions from various teams and management and build the functional document
Collaborate closely with developers during web page and app implementations

Sympathy and a sense of humor
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Web Designer on digital products
Experience with various website and mobile app design and creation software (InVision, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Good knowledge of UX, UI concepts
Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Typescript languages
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A portfolio with completed projects
