As UI designer you will work closely with the UX team to create the best interfaces with balance between innovation, design, quality, functionality, performance, for all the digital channels (web, mobile and Apps)
You will work on a wide range of design projects and be an integral part of the design team.
We are looking for a lover of details and pixel perfection, white spaces and typography, lover of new trends and visual design to bring always new solutions and ideas with technical solutions.
JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create layouts from low fidelity sketches and concept designs to high fidelity UI mockups/prototypes.
Provide beautiful UI design deliverables for all digital channels (website, mobile app, tablet and desktop)
Design User Interfaces and Micro interactions
Develop pixel perfect compositions and assets for all projects
Turn your findings into easily understandable solutions and discuss them with designers, developers and other interested parties
Perform user testing and validation sessions , to continuously ensure that we are creating great look & feel in our projects
Develop and maintain Design System and guidelines
Requisiti:
Creativity and imagination
Degree / Master in UI Design or equivalent;
5+ years of experience with UI design, interaction, digital prototyping and complex design systems.
Experience in Creating mockups / rapid prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and building user interfaces
Strong interpersonal skills
Multitasking approach and excellent organization skills
Customer and process-oriented
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team
Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent in english
