UX Designer M/F

In the context of the Application Modernization program we are looking for a senior UX Designer that will work in a dynamic, agile, team environment.

We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled senior UX designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative and user-friendly digital products (web and mobile apps).

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques, as well as a proven track record of conducting user research and usability testing. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as FIGMA (preferred) and Sketch, is also requested.

 

 PROFILE REQUIRED: 

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as FIGMA

A portfolio of successful UX design projects that demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills

Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, as well as experience in creating user interfaces and user experiences

Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities

Ability to mentor junior designers and work closely with other team members, such as product managers and developers.

Strong communication and presentation skills

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in UX design

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
