Senior Media Strategist
Management of communication strategies and insights on all media, liaising with the client marketing, media and research departments
Development of client presentations from a strategic and data/innovation perspective
Leading Consumer Analysis (socio-demo / attitudinal / behavioral profile, media use, digital approach, consumer portrait development ...) with the production of insights through the use of databases (proprietary or market), desk research;
Category Analysis with identification of the main trends, framing of the competitive context, monitoring of key players, identification of the challenges for the brands being analyzed; including marketing mix modeling or attribution analysis
Activation of qualitative / quantitative research (online Survey / Focus groups);
Use of the main market data sources (consumer based, media investment, media fruition, digital behavioral data, ..);
Drafting of summary documents of the analysis results and reporting of the communication strategy;
Participation in internal meetings / with clients to receive ongoing briefs, development of strategic projects with the involvement of different departments of the agency, presentation of results and responses to briefs.

Zenith is looking for a Senior Media Strategist for its Milan offices.
You'll be involved in the Strategy Unit and you'll support the Team dedicated to an important client in the FMCG sector.
If in your past experience:
you developed excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word;
you developed at least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role;
you got the ability to use tools to query and analyze market and / or proprietary databases;
you developed good knowledge of the main business, brand and communication KPIs and their interpretation;
you developed familiarity with the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative research outputs;
you got the ability to synthesize and extrapolate key learnings to be applied to strategy documents;
you got the ability to set up questionnaires for quantitative surveys and guides for conducting internal focus groups.
you developed good knowledge of media advertising offer in the market and relative KPI / media monitoring
you developed experiences in working with analysts on marketing mix model applied to media campaigns

fluent in English
able to work on multiple projects at the same time
