We are looking for a data-friendly person who is curious about applications of technology and marketing science to deliver actionable insights and presentations.
This role requires quantitative data analysis skill set, lateral thinking, strong context interpretation and communication skills.
The successful candidate will have the foundational skills of a strategic planner / digital strategist / analyst. A data-driven mindset is of paramount importance.
Taking complex problems and simplifying them
Using understanding of consumer behaviour across digital to draw and communicate insightful conclusions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of social platforms and how to maximise their potential for reaching and engaging with consumers
Working alongside our Research and Insights team, and interpreting data to provide clear and concise intelligence.
Selling in and/or presenting ideas
Knowledge of design thinking methodologies
Comprehensive understanding of data to evaluate content performance and demonstrate the effectiveness of social
Storytelling skills to address effectively the audiences
Slide design skills in showcasing insights
Ability to brief designers in order to deliver infographics and data-viz.
Strong presentation skills
A desire to learn and proactively seek and share platform updates, industry news, interesting campaigns etc.
Ability to develop clear strategic thinking
Good creative writing skills for effective creative brief writing
Good communication skills
Data literate (quant and qual.)
Proven proficiency in English (written and spoken) and good understanding of Italian.
3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency / start-up environment.
Constantly up to date with the evolution of social networks and with creative and technological innovation.
Curious and open-minded attitude, willing to learn from colleagues both within and outside the data team to transcend methodologies and skills
Outstanding record of academic or professional achievement, with focus on marketing, advertising, business, economics or technology
Design and data viz skills would be a huge plus (preferred if proven by examples)
