Nurun Italia is looking for a talented and experienced strategic planner with great passion and aptitude for Digital, a candidate able to create utility and value for nurun Italia’s Clients.
The candidate will be in charge of identifying and building strategies able to help Clients to:
1. communicate and spread their brand identity, added values and competitive advantages;
2. build brand new digital positioning;
3. analyze brand context, audiences and competitors;
In this role, he/she will closely work with nurun Italia’s Business Innovation department and will be in charge of creating inputs and guidelines able to address and support the creative work and make it effective.
Required skills and abilities :
· Fluent English;
· Bachelor’s degree;
· Experience of at least 5 years in similar position;
· Deep knowledge of the digital world, dynamics of social media, web and mobile.
· Good understanding of user experience and interaction design best practices, patterns and technologies;
· Ability to articulate strategic rationale behind experience design recommendations and to present ideas from the customer point of view;
· Ability to fully comprehend and work within business constraints and strategies unique to each assignment;
· Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills;
· Passion for brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts and connecting pieces to solve real consumer problems;
· Ability to internalize customer insights, champion the customer and empathize with the customer’s needs and point of view throughout the project;
· Analytical skills;
· Ability to thoroughly assess websites, social presences, mobile sites, applications and cross-channel brand experiences from a customer perspective and to surface key insights;
· Ability to analyze all kinds of consumer insights including campaign and web analytics, marketing segmentation, social monitoring, qualitative and quantitative research methods, personas and other sources to gain insights into customers and transform these insights into powerful ideas;
· Ability to synthesize customer insights and cross-channel brand experiences to identify opportunities to improve experiences and create authentic, relevant connections with customers in “real life”;
· Ability to collect, prioritize and organize project requirements and constraints from a customer experience perspective;
· Ability to develop hypotheses based on consumer and business insights.
