Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to help Jil Sander grow through awareness, engagement, and traffic to jilsander.com.

You would support our structure and strategy and bring with you flexibility and adaptability.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of the editorial plan for each owned Social Media Channel;
Social Media Publishing and copy for development and maintenance;
Coordinate assets deliveries;
Monitoring of comments and messages;
Be proactive and up to speed with the social media best-practices, ready to onboard and launch new channels;
Support in cross-media projects, Social and Digital, including campaigns, collaborations, etc.;
Coordinate reporting on campaign and channel organic and paid social media performance;
Reporting on Social Media achievements and on Industry trends;
Transversal coordination of the various internal and external interlocutors.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Ability to multi-task and excellent project management skills, with a “can do” attitude and problem-solving capabilities
Knowledge of the organic Social Media landscape: KPIs, trends, best-practices. The knowledge of the paid Social Media rules will be considered a plus
Mandatory knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Pinterest required
Able to use publishing tools for planning on Social Medias
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing
Knowledge of Digital Marketing rules and trends
Knowledge of the Creators ecosystem
Strong attention to details and ability to complete tasks accurately
Proficient in Launchmetrics, Microsoft Office (Powerpoint + Excel)
Experience working with a team
Enjoys working in an international environment
Knowledge of the Fashion Industry, better if Luxury related
