ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for all digital activities across Kellogg’s Portfolio.
Works with the Digital, Corporate Communication & Brand Marketing teams to promote Kellogg's products through consumer engagement & effective social media communications strategies. Develop E-commerce plans and activities on pure players and brick&click customers partnering with Away from Home and Sales team.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Develop and coordinate digital experience plans for local amplifications across all Kellogg’s brands, work out media plan partnering with central Media team and agencies; analyse, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to harvest insights and optimize performances.
Develop e-commerce activation plans both on pure-players and e-retailers clients partnering with Brand team, AFH team and Sales; handling e-commerce local budget. Analyse, review and report on effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns to harvest insights and optimize performance.
Implement the company social media strategy coordinating with the different stakeholders across the country and the central business unit to ensure its effectiveness. Own social media KPIs.
Provides input for social media communications in brand planning process and provide opportunity to engage consumers for future advocacy.
Update and monitor multiple company’s digital properties (mainly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), managing consumer engagement and liaising with Customer Service team.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyse, review and report on-digital properties trends in an effort to keep track of results and improve performances.
Corporate websites continuous updates and development; monitor performance and build regular reports on performances.
Responsible for reactive/responsive communications partnering with European Digital team, Corporate Communication & legal as appropriate.
Monitor key online communities and industry competitive social media activities and deliver consumer insights from social media.
Single point of contact for European Digital and Media team to localize central initiatives and media plans.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BA degree in Marketing & Communication, Digital Media with a strong understanding of FMCG
Minimum 3 years experience in social media/digital marketing, content management
Strong communications, project management skills.
Fluency in English is a must
The ability to partner and work with cross functional teams is important, as is delivering a quality service to internal customers. Strong project management skills and a drive to execute to time are very important to the role
Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build “long distance” relationships is essential.
