Junior Brand Manager Emerging Brands Italy
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Italian marketing team and contribute to the development and execution of the Embed brand strategies for the Brown Forman portfolio (Tequilas, Malts and liquor portfolio plus the support to the newly acquired brands Gin Mare and Diplomatico)
The person will support the Senior Brand Manager on Gin Mare and Diplomatico Rum and closely collaborate with the local and global cross-functional teams while owning several elements of the marketing mix and managing the rest of the Embed portfolio.
This position works under the supervision of Sr BM JD FOB Italy and in close
cooperation with multiple internal stakeholders, including local Distributor Partner, the regional and global brand teams, as well as agencies (BTL/media/research) and other service providers.
What You Will Do in This Role
Brand Strategy execution and implementation
Contribute to shaping the strategic plans on the brands and executing them across Channels (On-Trade, Off-Trade, Specialists and Ecom), Advocacy, PR and Digital / E-Commerce touchpoints by working with relevant stakeholders.
Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering key brand campaigns which can be executed Through The Line and across channels.
Help bring the brands into consumer life by working closely and collaboratively with agency partners (Media, PR) and internal stakeholders (Integrated Marketing Communication, Brand & Business Insights) to ensure seamless execution, strong consumer engagement, as well as fully integrated & digital-first campaigns.
Be a brand guardian in ensuring the brands are creatively expressed in a premium way and consistent with the Global Brand Guidelines across touchpoints.
Consumer and trade insights
Ensure the analysis on a regular basis of the competitive environment and emerging trends in markets in order to implement corrective measures and action plans.
Performs regular market visits (on-and off-trade) to gain knowledge and observations about the market and consumers.
Business Performance and Budget management
Monitor brand performance through monthly business reviews and determine corrective action where necessary in conjunction with sales counterparts.
Manage the A&P budgets for the brands including regular meeting with finance and budget owners to track spend.
Work closely with key cross functional counterparts, including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance.
Systematically consolidate monthly marketing spend and prepare monthly budget reports. Ensure proper attribution of costs in budget.
Distributors Partners engagement and motivation
Build excellent relationship with distributor-partners to ensure high collaboration, on-time execution and achievement of established KPIs.
Ensure effective brand-related training, on-boarding and act as an ambassador for brand knowledge, education and best in class activation.

We Are Looking For People Who
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Business or related
Experience: Qualified in marketing and 2-3 years relevant experience in brand
management
Experience in driving the overall communications plan including TTL activities
Budget management previous experience
Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
IT literate - MS Office applications & Google applications
