Brand Manager Becks, Europe

The role:  

You will be based at our HQ in Milan, Italy. 

As a Brand Manager Beck‘s, you will support the strategic alignment of the brand and develop the marketing plans within the brand strategy. 

You will develop and implement marketing concepts and activities and support the development of marketing plans within the brand strategy across our key markets – Germany, Italy and UK. 

You coordinate marketing initiatives and independently carry out individual projects for Becks internally and externally in cooperation with agencies, suppliers and service providers. 

The analysis and evaluation of the marketing measures carried out as well as the budget planning, management and permanent cost control of your projects are also your responsibility. 

PROFILE

You own a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business and have about three to five years of professional experience in marketing at a FMCG company.

You are creative, innovative, open-minded and willing to take ownership.

You have a sound understanding of numbers and budgets as well as experience in managing projects, agencies and service providers.

You work always result-oriented and independently. 

You are an absolute team player, have persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as distinctive communication skills.

You are willing to go the extra mile.

You are fluent in English and have a sound knowledge of MS-Office.
