MEDIA PROJECT MANAGER
Within the WW Bulgari Operational Marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Content & Global Plans Senior Manager, we are searching for a Media Project Manager.
He/She is a key member of the Global Operational Marketing team working in close synergy with the Media agencies, Business Units, local Marketing and other Global Brand and Communication teams.
His/Her mission will be to support the Brand awareness and positioning, keep building on the presence within the international environment and into global media, effecting with a comprehensive strategy.
CROSS COUNTRIES/ GLOBAL MEDIA PLANNING: Contribute to the Global Media cross-country strategy definition (Pan Print, Pan Digital, and Specialized Plan) aiming to Brand awareness and positioning, for the JWL and WTC categories, in consistency and synergy with market’s plans and compliant with local specificities. Manage the relevant media plan implementation guiding the dedicated agencies, ensuring qualitative, accurate and timely implementation and relevant reporting, during and after each campaign. She/he has the responsibility of the relevant budget (from PO to budget spending monitoring, proof of performances, …)
TRAVELLERS STRATEGY: Contribute to the WW traveler strategy definition (all traditional and digital media, i.e. OOH, Inflight, VOB, WeChat ..), scouting new opportunities and manage the relevant media planning implementation and budget (from PO to budget spending monitoring, proof of performances, …)
PLANNING & PRODUCTION PLATFORM & TOOLS: Coordinate the maintenance and development of the planning and production platform to ensure the timely availability of assets & campaigns (all categories), based on campaign launches timing, ensuring innovative approach in process and technologies for a best UX (i.e. local teams). Manage the creation and maintenance of all tools aiming to feed the platform content (i.e. content recap and codification, guidelines, ..)
SUPPORT BUDGET: Manage the coordination of the central support budget in collaboration with the whole media team and all the involved departments (finance and administrative), matching the official deadlines and upon specific request (monthly closures, committed, budget submission,..). Lead and consolidate geo attribution of the paid media spending (i.e. circulation) in coordination with the rest of the media team
5 years of experience in similar roles
Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or similar fields
Strong experience in media strategy and planning implementation
Project management skills with the ability to manage different projects at the same time
Detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, independent and resourceful
Strong analytics skills
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Fluent in Italian and English
Knowledge of Bulgari and luxury market is a plus
