Brand Houses Project Manager

The mission of the role is to shape and seize the huge opportunity to build authentic Brand Houses for our Global and Regional Brands. 
In this role you will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the projects, from concept to design development, from execution to successful launch of BHs, with overview and ownership of related projects’ timeline and budget. You will ensure the development and implementation of new different Brand Houses (Visitor centers, flagships, pop-ups, etc.) as well as the required refreshment and renovation of existing ones, cost effectively and time-effectively.
The scope of mission will include all geographies. You will support Global BH team with the management of necessary activities and projects across the world.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
Coordinate project teams and tasks in day to day activities for smooth progress of BH projects: Local Project Managers, Architects, creative agencies, engineers, technical consultants, decor supplier, contractors, etc.
Interpret the project proposal and develop a work plan that ensures timely and on-budget delivery of the project scope.
Set up and mobilize project team for new projects, define the SoW of all involved professional services, suppliers and contractors
Oversee planning, development and construction of new or re-modelling projects, for both flagships and visitor centers
Oversee the process of obtaining necessary permits from Local Authorities involved in the project
Gather project due diligence information such as professional studies and jurisdictional entitlements requirements
Regularly visit construction sites to monitor works progress
Provide technical direction within project team (build details, schedules and materials, mock ups, etc.)
Full project administration: Create schedule and project timelines, project dashboards, register new suppliers on the system, coordinate POs, monitor the correct invoicing of the involved suppliers, etc.
Draft and distribute project meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and executive summary reports
Act as BH point of contact during the project for external partners and stakeholders
Work closely with Procurement and Legal teams for the preparation and delivery of tenders and agreements (selection of agencies, suppliers, contractors, etc.)
Liaise and follow up with internal stakeholders for smooth progress of projects: procurement, legal, finance, GSM, store managers, etc.
Coordinate identified improvement opportunities, risk/mitigation strategies and develop action plans
Key Relationships
Internal: Global Brand House team, Global Strategic Marketing, Global Commercial Capabilities, Finance, Legal, Procurement, VC and Store Managers
External: architects, creative and interior design agencies, engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors, local project managers, etc.             
Experience Required and Education
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading multiple projects and geographies
Proven success at leading cross-functional and multidicilinary teams
Experience in similar operations and retail roll-out
Related experience in hospitality and retail sectors
Experience on site and for interior projects
Experience in building effective plans and processes that support business goals
Superior project management experience and skills. Project Mangament certification is a plus
Supplier and contractors management experience
Degree in Architecture, Building engineering or similar
Required Skills & Traits

Superior communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders is essential

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Negotiation skills
Highly motivated and energetic
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required.
Additional Requirements
Availability to travel internationally up to 30% of time.
