PR&Communication Specialist
For our HQ offices based in Milan, we are looking for a PR & Communication Specialist, who will directly report to the PR & Communication Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate has developed at least 2 years of previous working experience within a luxury, fashion or retail environment and he/she will have to perform the following main duties:
PR Activities: supporting local PR offices worldwide for shooting and interviews coordination, sending of materials, production of press release, celebrity endorsement;
Events: supporting the team in the management of events such as corporate events (Haute Couture, Design Week, Collection Launches…), press trips and other special projects;
Assisting on the Advertising shooting and Testimonial endorsements, interviews and events activities;
Monitoring of competitor activities and editorial analysis through DMR;
Providing guidelines to local teams and creation of Internal presentation;
Coordinating Sponsorships and Charity requests;
Managing corporate catalogues, gifts and images archive;
Daily activities of general administration with SAP and supporting on WW budgets review;
Daily conversation with Boutiques and Commercial, Marketing and Logistic Departments for product movement.
Profile:
Graduated in Business Communication, Fashion Design, Economics and Management, Luxury Management, Marketing;
2 years of previous working experience, gained in similar positions at Communications, PR and events corporate offices;
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
Knowledge of Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign will be considered a plus;
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
Interest and passion for the fashion and luxury market; passionate digital native;
Passion for the PR Industry and its best practices;
