The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of the PR team. The PR & Digital Officer will report to the PR & Digital Manager and be involved in the main aspects of digital, social and PR activities of the team, managing the following topics.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Develop non traditional communications plans to drive earned advocacy for Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums to build a strong and high-level brands desirability
Leverage and maximize existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within luxury, beauty and fashion world media;
Contribute to national press events organizing
Develop analysis tools to understand and share results with top management
Do regular products and press releases sends to social media partners & influencers;
Find new potential influencers in order to enlarge LFB influencer database;
BRANDED CONTENTS CREATION
Give a strong added value in advocates selection for branded projects
Manage the execution of influencers’ content creation and campaigns;
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis;
Monitor campaign progress and metrics and make recommendations on areas of optimization;
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Manage the day by day activity of LFB Social Media channels in conjunction with central team and the Social Media Agency;
Define and execute the digital content strategy to drive high engagement and maintain coherence across channels;
Contribute to the implementation and delivery of CRM communications, reports and ad hoc analysis.
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
At least 2 years of experience in the same role in the beauty market and passion for the luxury world
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both local and national level
Excellent writing skills for social media and press releases
Being able to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key figures of the luxury, beauty and fashion world
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson
Organizational and social skills
Financial acumen and budget management
Event planning experience
Fluent in English, French is optional
