Intermediate / Senior Interior Designer

A++, a high profile interior and architectural design Company, seeks an Intermediate to Senior level interior designer to join us on a variety of interesting and pretigious projects, most specifically focused on residential, hospitality, retail and F&B projects worldwide, each with a adecidedly unique creative take.

Position

The candidate will be responsible for developing the project through each design phase, from the concept to completion from the broadest to the smallest scale.

Qualities of an ideal applicant would include strong organisational skills, flexibility in multi-tasking, resourcefulness, self-motivation, curiosity, ability to work within a team, strong visual aesthetic ability with an accurate attention to detail, experienced in furniture and material selection.

Requirements

minimum of seven years' of experience in the role of Interior Designer or Architect, with extensive creative competence

extensive knowlede of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E)

extensive knowledge of materiality and finishes

site experience preferred - following projects from concept through construction

experience in the following essential programs: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office, Revit and Rhino are a plus

excellent design presentation and graphic skills

able to drive and collaborate with the 3D team to develop the final interior visualization

be passionate about keeping up-to-date with new developments and design trends in the design industry

ability to visualize concepts and confidently present

processing and developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects

Bachelor's and preferably Master degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

strong organisational and communication skills

ability to create project programs, manage budgets and achieve deadlines

proactive and can work both on indivial tasks and within a project team

Italian and English proficiency - other languages will be considered a plus
