We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, responsible to support marketing strategies and campaigns within the Global Marketing unit within Enel X Way, the new-branded division for electrical mobility of Enel Group.

What you will do:

Manage the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and fully leverage its capabilities, creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of Marketing operations.

Support field marketing organization in CRM and Marketing Automation strategies, including planning, designing, emails creation, campaign automation and campaign performance monitoring, to improve customer engagement

Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices and industry standards

Identifying, analyzing and developing processes and practices to improve customer relationship processes and operating processes through automation in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency;

Support in managing process and internal tools for artworks and communication materials uploads (Arena)

Manage fully in autonomy SAP orders and processes

Support in building contracts and agreements with external suppliers

Create clear, concise, and professional web and PDF manuals and documentation (e.g. SupportHub)

Who you are:

Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Economics Sciences

A previous experience of 2/3+ years in similar roles / roles with international exposure
