Worldwide Digital Commerce Manager
Within the WW Bulgari Omnichannel department, reporting to the Worldwide Omnichannel Director, we are searching for a Worldwide Digital Commerce Senior Manager.

Main Accountabilities:
Grow global E-commerce and contribute elevating brand image by delivering strategic commercial and traffic plans and online features improvement;
Build commercial calendar and ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved in all regions;
Improve Online Customer Experience by strictly monitoring NPS post check-out and post-delivery and implementing corrective actions;
Manage and report E-Commerce KPIs, evaluating activities effectively & adjusting plans using related findings;
Constantly update and improve e-merchandising focusing on Priority by lines and new launches on website and provide input to Merchandising to ensure e-commerce needs are included in the overall assortment analysis;
Collaborate with local markets to ensure the business success and achieve sales target
Partner with IT to plan and prioritize Digital Commerce projects and activities, optimizing resources and budget allocation, while leveraging on the latest trends/technologies acting as e-commerce product owner in the Agile way of working;
Collaborate with digital marketing & CRM teams to ensure all E-commerce traffic generation, including Search Engine Optimization, email marketing, Social traffic and online media are well optimized in volume and quality;
Partner with the Digital Marketing and local e-commerce teams in order to define, develop and optimize the Omnichannel user experience across stores and Bulgari.com;
Partner and provide input and feedback to the Digital Communication & Content team to ensure that communication packages are in line with Omnichannel’s requirements & timings;
Ensure a continuous assessment and benchmark of competition and industry trends, suggesting enhancements and challenging existing processes;
Identifying opportunities to partner with new providers and inject innovation into the team;
Partner with Central Digital Operation team to support change management both in the project phase and post go live while keeping focus on project milestone;
Support the Digital Client Advisors to increase loyalty and improve CX;
Partner with the Supply Chain and oversee planning and allocation strategies providing feedback according to Omnichannel objectives.
Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati
Key Competencies:
Master degree in Business, Analytics or Statistical
8 or more years' experience in E-Commerce, Marketing Technology, Analytics or Data-Driven Marketing experience
Project management skills with ability to manage simultaneous projects at the same time
English fluent (French and/or Italian is a plus)
Must be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, independent and resourceful
Passionate about client experience, digital and omnichannel
Knowledge of retail business (Bulgari and luxury market) & Commercial focus
Salesforce knowledge & Agile methodology is a plus
Strong analytical skills
