Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist
Will develop and execute the digital marketing & communication strategy and the day-to-day operations aligning with the overall MarComm strategy.
The position requires a highly motivated individual with skills in project management, problem solving and thinking out of the box.
Specific accountabilities include:
Define the brand digital strategy and execution aligning with the MarComm overall strategy
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Platforming to enhance the digital product experience and align on the product launch execution plan.
Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure digital communication tools are developed and optimized / updated
Collaborate with the other cross BU digital teams to work on synergies
Enable multi-platform integration; manage digital experiences (e.g., websites, social media, eCommerce, and CRM activities); and create SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns to meet goals tied to lead generation and conversion, user engagement, A-B testing of campaigns, and other quantitative business goals.
Develop, manage and maintain CISA website using Allegion CMS
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligning with the corporate direction
Creation of Newsletters and DEMs using MagNews platform
Management and moderation of social profiles
Support the Sales team in developing marketplace and e-commerce strategy defining digital activities to improve conversion rate, db building and customer acquisition
Provide a regular cadence of analytics and reporting, using Google Analytics, social monitoring, and other best practice to report on key metrics and provide insights into customer behavior, engagement, lead conversion, and return on investment.
Drive proactive initiatives and measure results
Support with general marketing activities when required.
Good writing and speaking capability
At least 3 years’ digital marketing experience in designing, implementing and managing digital properties.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent digital experience.
Digital qualification preferred
Preferred candidate will have experience with AEM, the Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, MagNews e-mail software and marketing automation.
Knowledge of the main social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Knowledge of social and digital campaign management tools (Facebook ADS, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google ADS)
Knowledge of the main website analytics tools
Knowledge of advanced software for social reporting and website analytics
Video and audio editing and moving image preferred
Fluent in English
