E-Commerce EMEA Coordinator
The E-Commerce EMEA Coordinator will manage all Loro Piana digital touch points supporting the Head of E-Commerce EMEA in the management of business and consumer experience: site performance, merchandising, web analytics, forecasting, budgeting, inventory control, as well as logistics operations and after sales services.
The resource will contribute and support the Head of E-commerce EMEA in the following activities:
Achieve sales and growth targets by implementing strategies that will drive traffic and increase customer base and retention.
Define, implementing and review of e-Commerce KPIs to identify the key drivers behind performance and plan actions
Oversee customer interaction, order fulfillment and returns to ensure quality service experience
Optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales
Evolve, improve and build new customer services on loropiana.com, identifying operational KPIs to monitor the customer experience
Keep up to date on E-Commerce innovation and trends, monitoring competitor sites
Ensures Online store management: daily analyze sales performance, trends and web KPIs to optimize product assortment and shopping experience, on site merchandising and site design
Manage internal and external resources (third-party e-com service providers, marketing agencies, etc.), ensuring SEM and SEO implementation well support eCommerce business and brand image
Ensures consistency with offline Marketing and Communication strategy with a 360° approach online/offline exploiting all digital touchpoints. Drives the evolution of digital marketing from paid media to content creation and to digital assets, operations and multi-channels
eCRM/CRM: consumer segmentation and targeted loyalty programs (in cooperation with CRM Dept HQ)
PROFILE
Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Business Analysis, Digital Management or similar;
4-5 years of previous working experiences in e-commerce field (luxury, fashion, multinational background is a strong plus);
Deep experience managing Digital (web marketing, e-merchandising, website project management, user experience) with a proven track record of driving ROI and sales;
Exceptional planning and project management skills;
Ability to manage and coordinate external resources (third party e-com service providers, web agencies, marketing agencies, social media agencies) providing briefings, technical specs/requirements, monitoring implementation and tracking results of every project;
Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written), the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
