Global Digital Media Specialist
We are currently seeking a Global Digital Media Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Support in leading and managing Digital content creation (specs files review, work closely with Art department, Production agency, Media agency to adapt and allocate the creatives)
Manage Regions’ requests and needs to support digitally local moments and business
Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving performance and make data driven decisions
Own the post campaign analysis and learnings with the media agency and share with the rest of the team
Support the team in creating presentations for internal teams and upper management
Support Digital Team in reviewing full-funnel digital planning and reporting in collaboration with Media agency
Who you are:
At least 1 year of experience on the position of Digital Specialist, preferably in luxury/fashion
Strong knowledge of Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Strong knowledge of Asian digital platforms (Wechat, Red, Kakao, Line, etc)
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Must be good with numbers and enjoy the analytical side of marketing
Proactive and can do attitude
Understanding of 360 integrated marketing across the digital ecosystem
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functions
Fully proficient and confident in Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English, Italian spoken is a plus
