Direct Marketing and Consumer Knowledge Internship
We are looking for a Direct Marketing and Consumer Knowledge Intern to join our Digital Engagement & Loyalty team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
You will have the opportunity to join a team focused on different and exciting projects, exploring topics such as: digital contact strategy, loyalty program, membership strategies, data capture and consent…and more!
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Support the extraction and analysis of customer data lists collected across different touchpoints;
Run analysis on the current customer base to forecast growth and identify strategic insights for future direct marketing initiatives;
Creation of ad-hoc reporting on customer base and campaign performances to drive improvements through a test, learn & scale-up approach;
Effectively present reports and insights to different departments;
Ensure CRM data quality by supporting data cleansing and enrichment activities;
Maintain and review the CRM data dictionary.
Your PROFILE
Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering Master degree or similar;
A previous experience in the field will be considered a plus;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
Knowledge of programming languages: SQL and Python;
Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform
Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized;
Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details;
Fluent in English.
