DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, management of the Carrier Global Comfort Solutions main digital channels.
The candidate is responsible for planning and implementing editorial calendars for all digital websites, coordinating with the social media manager and relevant stakeholders.
He/she is also responsible to coordinate with PM and sales organization for the implementation of products configurators and selectors.

Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related subject;
Excellent English level (at least C2), and Italian;
Experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational, operating in a B2B environment;
Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a/b testing tools;
Experience in using various CMS and google analytics 4;
Knowledge of Survey tools (eg. Survey Monkey);
Usage of Power BI for reporting;
Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders at different organizational levels;
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight schedules;
Attention to details;
Preferable some knowledge of HTML programming;
Preferable some knowledge of photo editing: canva, photoshop.
As a Digital Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
Editing and content optimization activities on CMS and regular update of content based on PR, product launches, corporate news, videos, campaigns and promotions;
Project management of digital projects coordinating external agencies, colleagues within Marketing function and other functions within the business unit;
Management of e-mail marketing campaigns in Europe, and marketing automation activities;
Analysis and reporting using platforms such as Google analytics to track and monitor main digital kPIs, with appropriate reporting and creation of presentations;
Management of digital advertising activities, which will involve the creation and implementation of adv campaigns;
Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in managing and monitoring the respect of budget allocated to digital activities.
