Content Marketing Specialist

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team of digital customer acquisition and lead generation. You’ll help us create and improve impactful multimedia content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include developing content strategies, and implementing and monitoring digital campaigns among different geographies and customer’s funnel stage. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you should perform well under deadlines and be results-oriented. You should be passionate about E-commerce and the logistic world, familiar with the B2B communication strategies. Ultimately, you should be able to work according to brand identity and brand awareness purposes. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

Location: we are based in Florence, Italy. This role can be performed fully remotely for the right candidate!


Plan, design and implement digital marketing activities independently or in cooperation with other teams
Plan and develop content with short-term and long-term marketing targets, ex: Content to Trig & educate prospects (lead magnet, market researches, case studies, blog articles); Landing Pages; Co-marketing events (roundtables, webinars, interviews)
Create and publish engaging content with E-commerce topics dedicated to different funnel stages
Create and monitor Landing Pages
Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
Have a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, strategies, and related data


Previous works with topics related to the E-commerce world/Logistic Enviroinment
Record of success in B2B digital marketing activities
Familiar with B2B SaaS acquisition funnel and sales cycle
Proven work experience in similar position (>2 years)
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. aHref, HubSpot, Autopilot)
Have excellent communication and writing skills in English and Italian (this will be tested at the interview stage!), another language is a plus
Project management skills and attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
