Senior Product Group Manager - Collaboration Content & Portal

IS/IT – Workforce 360 global team, reporting to the Head of Workforce 360
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in large IT organization with multiple, diverse technologies delivering solutions for end users 
Strong stakeholder management experience in a complex/matrix organization. Business acumen is a plus
Experience in Collaboration and Productivity solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft teams, Outlook), Workplace from Meta, Intranet, Newsletters, Survey, Insights among others
Experience in product management and leading product/platforms teams is a plus
Strong  understanding on how the digital workplace and its technologies can enable  hybrid ways of working and provide a positive employee experience to bring value to the business and enable the workforce of the future
Position Summary
As a Sr. Product Group Manager, you will be responsible to manage 8 Product Teams, working closely with the Product Managers and the functions to oversee the collaboration, content and portal space end-to-end, ensuring the full life cycle of technologies, from ideation through continuous value management to retirement.
You will  drive digital opportunities, manage, and prioritize multiple project portfolios to enable the Future of Work, focusing on employee-centricity and business outcome while ensuring cost optimization. increased product adoption and consumer satisfaction. 
A Day in the Life of a Senior Product Group Manager
You will work with multiple stakeholders, including Functions, Business Relationship Manager, Product Managers, Enterprise Architects to define the vision and develop the high-level product group strategy maximizing technology to increase business value and Employee Experience
You will continuously benchmark internally and externally to find new modern solutions and support models that could be applied in Nestlé to improve experience
You will be accountable for major contracts in the area. Working closely with strategic vendors establishing shared goals and objectives, regularly monitoring performance, identifying opportunities of automation and co-innovation, negotiating commercial agreements and SLAs
Apply product management discipline to each product within the product group and proactively manage product life cycles
Ensure increased product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction and other value indicators
You will put in place the right measures and controls to manage the risk profile of your products and demonstrate their compliance to the appropriate standards
To do this you will lead, develop and enable a team, building the right capabilities for the organization’s long-term success
What else will make you successful? 
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders, across the organization and within complex contexts
Experience in effectively people managing, motivating people and buidling an environemnt where everyone wants to do their bust
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Understanding of how the technologies within the scope are applied by best-in-class companies
Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time 
Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
