We are looking for a talented Customer Support/DB Developer, for the Energy and Industry team, with 1-2 years of experience in help desk and query creation.
Responsibilities typically include: - Handling first level queries;
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues;
- Managing periodic remote audits;
- Redirecting problems to the appropriate resource as needed;
- Developing queries
- Modeling data;
- Functional analysis.
- High school diploma or degree in engineering or computer science or a related field; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2017 and later; - Knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services); - Knowledge of MS Office; - Teamwork and team building skills; - Results orientation and project work; - Experience in energy or industry is a plus; - Driver's license.
