Role Purpose
The main purposes will be to Design & Deliver solutions on Vodafone Italy Core BSS systems, in order to implement business requirements and technical enhancement as part of Sales Channel team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise on BSS applications domains (CRM, digital channels, integration, order management, billing, business intelligence, etc), identifying the best technical solutions, increasing operative efficiency and contributing to the design of an overall simple, effective and future proof customer experience, for both consumer and enterprise commercial business units. 
Main activities and responsibilities
•    To define, design and implement business solutions in the Sales Channel area, in alignment with IT Architecture team guidelines
•    To grant the correct and effective business involvement and alignment in all the project phases
•    To coordinate and manage both internal and vendors activities during the project deployment, in order to guarantee time to market, best use of the budget, compliancy to user requirements;
•    To grant robust technical implementation and approaches, supporting internal development team and external vendors
•    To grant the certification process to ensure the appropriate quality in the delivery phase, delivering high quality products and solutions, through architecture support and capacity planning.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
•    Sales Channel Solutions Technical Design
•    Coordination of small teams of developers to implement features 
•    Work in mixed functional design teams joined by business and technology stakeholders to refine requirements and solution details, maximizing reuse of existing features and native platform capabilities
•    Estimation of efforts and planning for analyzed capabilities
•    Ensure quality of product releases and adherence to plan
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
•    Experience in Telco market;
•    Deep knowledge on one or more of following application domains: CRM, Sales Channel, Digital, Order Management, Integration;
•    Deep knowledge on Cloud (AWS or Google);
•    Experience of coordination of development resources;
•    Development skills on Java, PL/SQL;
•    Experience on DevOps practices and tools;
•    Proficiency in web services technologies (e.g. REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, etc.)
•    Experience with agile development and approach;
•    (optional) Experience on SAFe methodology;
•    Problem Solving skills;
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Computer Science);
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•    Experience of 5+ years
