About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Junior Product Manager Kinder Joy who will support the Senior PM in managing Kinder Joy product and innovation pipeline.
The position is based in Alba (CN), IT.
Cross Country coordination:
the JPM will be assigned some markets of responsibility and will be the point of contact of the team, Area Marketing and key Stakeholders to bring alive Kinder Joy strategy across countries
Consumer Research & Data analysis:
Understanding and analysis of business performance and KPIs
Support the Senior PM in briefing the Research Department (CMI).
Deeply analyze research results, in order to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning
Project management and Innovation:
Collaborate with key functions (Technical Department, Packaging Development, Controlling, Operations, Legals) to coordinate the process of innovation and industrialization of key projects.
Monitor the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing
Artwork creative development:
responsible for development of packaging to enhance Kinder Joy representation, both food side and toys side with the coordination and alignment of agencies and internal partners
Follow up with timings and consistent artwork implementation by key markets worldwide
Who we are looking for:
Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business;
1-2 years of experience in Brand Management in a multinational context;
Experience in a business unit is considered a plus;
Good collaboration and communication skills with internal departments as well as external agencies (creative and research);
Analytical skills and creativity;
Good project management skills;
Assertiveness and open-minded;
Availability to travel / relocate abroad
Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Nielsen/IRI DBs and familiarity with SAP Architecture is considered as a plus
Fluent in English and Italian
