We look for strengthening in Milan. 

FLYERALARM is one of the leading online printing companies in the B2B market in Europe and is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Germany. Every day, more than 1.5 million customers in 15 countries entrust us with their print items. For our international Italian team in Milan we’re looking for an Account Manager m/w/d who can impress us with their expertise. Could that be you?

You will be part of the international Sales team, working closely with the Country Manager, Sales Team and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer service to identify and maximise sales potential from existing and new customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Development of new potential and existing top customers
Responsible of building and maintaining a long-term partnership with assigned customers through assistance and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives on products and services
Resolve any issues and problems of your customers and act as a link between your customer and internal teams like production, customer and quality service
Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements
Monitor Sales metrics and create monthly summary reports according to assigned territory/customers
Supporting business development and marketing activities with some client facing meetings
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities


Your profile:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Account Management with proven experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Knowledge of print industry or similar industry required
Ideally educated to degree level
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Dependable and reliable - follow up quickly and consistently
Solid computer skills (MS Office) and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
Fluent Italian and good German speaker, other languages are a plus
