WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business development and ecommerce industry
• Customer focused, and use data analytics to make informed business decisions.
• Business development: Responsible for pitching and on-boarding new clients. Manage and develop the strategic direction of New Clients acquisition. Main focus is on winning clients in sectors: Fashion, Second Hand Fashion, Design, Beauty to develop the business online internationally
• Technical understanding of IT processes and setup, digitization, online sales and performance
• Contract negotiations
• Work with existing clients by coordinating with creative & tech teams, acting as project owner. Manage and create briefing and manage the timelines
• Give guidance and act as a marketing consultant throughout the development and online adv process from strategic input to creative briefing, marketing concept and execution.
• Account Management: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service including day to day support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• String Knowledge of Social Media, Marketing tool, Marketing Automation tool
• Proactive, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
